This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the acceptable use of all hosting, network, server, and technical services (“Services”) provided by JetHost PRO (“JHP”, “we”, “us”). Compliance with this policy is mandatory.
Violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of your Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of your account without notice or financial liability to JetHost PRO.
Questions regarding this policy or report notices should be directed to admin@jethostpro.com.
1.0 Prohibited Content & Material
You may not publish, host, store, or transmit via JetHost PRO’s network or servers any content that JetHost PRO reasonably determines:
Is illegal or advocates, solicits, or promotes illegal conduct under applicable local or international laws;
Constitutes child exploitation, child pornography, or harmful material involving minors;
Is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens harm, or contains hate speech;
Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or invades an individual’s privacy;
Promotes illegal gambling, deceptive financial schemes (e.g., pyramid schemes, chain letters), or fraudulent commercial activity;
Infringes upon any person’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights;
Exposes confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization;
Is intended to assist or instruct others in bypassing technical protection measures, security controls, or copyright locks; or
Is malicious, deceptive, or likely to provoke retaliatory actions against JetHost PRO or its network assets.
2.0 Zero-Tolerance Staff Harassment
JetHost PRO requires all communications between clients and our team to remain professional.
We do not tolerate abuse, threats, harassment, profanity, vulgarity, or personal malicious behavior directed toward JetHost PRO employees, directors, contractors, or agents.
Any violation of this clause provides grounds for immediate account suspension or service termination without prior notice and without refund or liability.
3.0 System & Resource Usage Limits
Shared, VPS, and reseller hosting environments are designed for legitimate website operations.
Storage Rules: Web hosting accounts may not be utilized for off-site file storage, personal document archiving, media vaulting, or storing account/website backup archives directly on the server filesystem. Any non-website files or backups hosted within web directory structures may be removed by JetHost PRO without prior notice.
External Storage Products: External storage products are strictly reserved for server backup and restoration archives. They may not be used for content delivery networks (CDNs), file exchange hubs, public downloads, torrent repositories, or bulk delivery streams.
Resource Abuse: You may not run processes, scripts, database queries, or applications that consume an excessive or disproportionate share of server resources (CPU, RAM, I/O) or impair network stability for other users. JetHost PRO reserves sole discretion to define resource abuse and mitigate it immediately.
4.0 Network & System Security Violations
You must not use the JetHost PRO network or infrastructure to engage in illegal, abusive, or unauthorized network behavior, including but not limited to:
Unauthorized Access: Probing, scanning, or vulnerability testing of any system or network (belonging to JetHost PRO or third parties) without express authorization.
Interference & Attacks: Initiating or assisting with Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scans, SYN floods, mail bombing, packet spoofing, or intentionally overloading any host or network.
Interception: Monitoring network traffic or data streams without explicit consent from the network owner.
Forging Headers: Forging TCP/IP packet headers, email routing information, or newsgroup postings to disguise origin.
Prohibited Software: Running IRC daemons or bots, public proxies, Tor nodes, BitTorrent or peer-to-peer (P2P) network nodes, coin miners, distributed computing tasks (e.g., SETI@home), or game servers (unless explicitly permitted under dedicated server product lines).
5.0 Email & Anti-Spam Policy
Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) is strictly prohibited across all JetHost PRO services.
Bulk Commercial Email:
Bulk mailing is strictly forbidden on shared and reseller hosting accounts.
On VPS or Dedicated environments, bulk email requires prior written approval from JetHost PRO. Approval requires proof of strict double opt-in consent, easily accessible 72-hour unsubscribe mechanisms, visible privacy policies, and full compliance with CAN-SPAM and applicable anti-spam legislation.
Specialized bulk-mailing software (e.g., PowerMTA) is expressly banned.
Approved bulk transmissions must not exceed 60 emails per minute.
Standard Email Transmission Limits:
Authenticated SMTP: Maximum 8,000 messages per email address per 24 hours. Daily recipient limits cap at 10,000 total recipients and 2,000 unique recipients. A single email cannot exceed 100 addresses in the recipient field.
Web Server Mail (PHP mail()): Maximum 500 messages per day per site, with an absolute attachment/message size limit of 5 MB.
New Mailbox Warm-up: Newly created mailboxes are restricted to 50 outgoing emails per day for the first 7 days to prevent platform blacklist events.
Autoresponders: Restricted to sending a maximum of one auto-response every 8 hours per individual sender.
6.0 Intellectual Property & Copyright Claims (DMCA / Takedowns)
JetHost PRO respects intellectual property rights and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on our network, submit a written claim to admin@jethostpro.com.
Claims must contain: an authorized electronic signature, identification of the work, clear location/URL of the infringing material, contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury asserting good-faith belief of unauthorized use.
Accounts found to be repeat infringers of copyright will be permanently terminated.
7.0 Investigation, Enforcement & Discretion
Abuse Procedures: Upon receiving a verified report or detecting an AUP violation, JetHost PRO will endeavor to notify the client via the account’s primary email address detailing the issue and required remedial timeline (e.g., 24 hours to secure a compromised/phishing script).
Emergency Actions: JetHost PRO reserves full discretion to immediately disable files, implement network or SMTP filters, revoke IP addresses, or isolate entire accounts without prior warning if necessary to shield network integrity, maintain server stability, or comply with law enforcement requests.
No Duty to Police: JetHost PRO does not undertake a general obligation to monitor or police user content or activity and assumes no liability for client misuse of our infrastructure.
